It's Ok

This product did seem to provide my cats with a sense of calm during stressful situations like during family visits. I saw them checking it out a few times, and they seemed to like what they found.

However, the diffuser dripped oil and the unit smelled like hot old vinyl after a few hours of running. Also, there is no way to store the diffuser for future use, since it continues to drip when it's unplugged, and the round shape lets it just roll around on whatever surface you put it.

Overall, I was satisfied enough with my cat's review of the product that I would buy the refill. I just wish they could come out with an improved design.
